| 1.
| Broken/Damaged Merchandise
If an item arrives broken or in poor condition, please notify us of the broken item along with your order number and we will expedite a replacement. If we are out
of an item and cannot replace it, we will refund the purchase price.
DO NOT send the broken item back to us. When you notify us that it has arrived broken and we will issue a call tag so that
Fed Ex may pick it up along with sending the replacement.

| Wrong Merchandise
If you recieve an item that is not what you ordered please e-mail us with your order number, a description of what you
received, and an explanation of what you thought you had ordered if necessary. We will then expidite the correct product to you.
DO NOT send the item back to us. When you notify us of the mistake we will issue a call tag so that
Fed Ex may pick it up.

| Not as Advertised
If you recieve an item that does not match the description we provide please contact us with your order number and a description of the
item and the mistake in the description. If we find that you did not recieve the correct product we will ship the correct one to you. Otherwise
we will provide a refund for the item.
DO NOT send the item back to us. When you notify us of the mistake we will issue a call tag so that
Fed Ex may pick it up.

| Unsatisfactory/Other
If an item arrives and it is in unbroken, new condition and if it is the correct "as-advertised" item you can still obtain a refund.
Please notify us of your decision along with your order number and the reason for the return. In this case you will need to return

Once we have recieved the item and verified its condition, we will refund you the cost of the item, not including the initial shipping charge
and minus a 10% restocking fee.
